Overview
Stibium Agro is a Ukrainian supplier of agricultural machinery parts, serving farmers and agribusinesses across the country. The company needed an online catalog and e-commerce store to sell spare parts for soil-working equipment, seeders, combines, balers, bearings, filters, and fasteners from brands like Kverneland, Case, Claas, John Deere, and Lemken.
Challenge
The agricultural parts market in Ukraine relies heavily on phone orders and in-person visits. Stibium Agro had no online presence, which limited their reach to local buyers. They needed a full product catalog with search and filtering across thousands of SKUs, seasonal promotions, and a checkout flow that works for both individual farmers and wholesale buyers — all delivered within a tight one-month timeline.
Solution
We built the store on WordPress with a customized e-commerce setup optimized for large catalogs. The frontend was designed around fast product discovery — category navigation, brand filtering, and availability notifications. The backend handles inventory management, order processing, and integration with the company's existing workflows. On-page SEO was built into every product and category page from day one.
Key Features
- Product catalog with 8+ categories covering soil-working, seeding, harvesting, and baling equipment parts
- Brand-specific filtering for Kverneland, Case, Claas, John Deere, Lemken, and Gregoire Besson
- Stock availability notifications so buyers get alerted when out-of-stock parts return
- Seasonal promotion system for pre-season preparation campaigns
- Call request form and quick order flow for wholesale buyers
- SEO-optimized category and product pages driving organic search traffic
Result
The store launched within one month and became Stibium Agro's primary sales channel. SEO optimization pushed product pages to top search positions for agricultural parts queries in Ukraine, growing the customer base to over 2,000 active clients. The seasonal promotion system drives recurring traffic spikes before planting and harvest periods.
