Overview
PRFlare is a guest posting platform. It connects businesses with verified media outlets so they can publish expert articles in other publications. The platform has run since 2019 and gives access to more than 41,000 sites in 195+ countries and 151 languages from one interface. SEO specialists, PR teams and marketing agencies use it to place content without negotiating with each editor.
Challenge
Running guest post campaigns at this scale means dealing with thousands of editorial teams. Each one has its own submission rules, prices and quality standards. Before the platform, outreach specialists spent hours negotiating every placement one by one. The product had to collect a large catalog of verified publishers that keeps growing every week, and filter out PBN networks and low-quality sites at the same time. It also had to support content in many languages, including right-to-left layouts.
Solution
We built the frontend on Next.js for server-side rendering, i18n routing and fast pages in 15 languages, including RTL ones. The backend API runs on NestJS, with separate modules for the catalog, order processing and publisher verification. MongoDB stores the publisher catalog with more than 41 quality parameters per site. That allows filtering by country, language, topic, domain authority and traffic. The whole stack runs on DigitalOcean behind Nginx, with caching tuned for the catalog's heavy read load.
Key Features
- A publisher catalog of 41,000+ verified sites, filterable by 41 quality parameters such as traffic, Trust Score and niche relevance.
- Predicted CPV and outreach calculations based on the platform's own algorithms, for planning campaign budgets.
- A publication schedule that manages the queue automatically and keeps the link profile growing at a natural pace.
- 15 interface languages with full support for right-to-left layouts.
- A B2B workflow with direct contracts, bank transfers and a full package of closing documents.
- A one-year financial guarantee on every publication, with a refund if the article is removed.
Result
PRFlare grew to more than 10,000 clients worldwide, and the catalog gains 200+ new verified platforms every week. Marketing teams cut their workload in half because they no longer negotiate with editors by hand. The average publication takes 12 hours, and the overall rating is 4.8 out of 5 across 280 reviews.
